Week Eight—Focus on: Strengthening Close Relationships
The quality of your relationships with the people to whom you’re closest can make or break your
happiness. And unless these individuals are truly, irredeemably toxic, it’s always worth strengthening
and improving your bond. Reaching out to loved ones, spending quality time together with friends, and
(especially!) learning how to celebrate your spouse a lot more often will put a smile on your face much
more frequently.
