Week Seven—Focus on: Spending More of Your Time with Positive People
Just as you are what you eat, you’re also who you spend most of your time with. Many of us don’t stop to think
about how the people who surround us influence our attitudes, moods, opinions, and self-esteem, to name just a
few things. When you consciously decide who (and who not) to spend time with based on whether they drag you
down or build you up, you’ll experience more consistent contentment.
